Woke up at 7 without the alarm and I was still tired. But I knew if I tried to sleep in I’d be up at 8 and regretting not getting up and taking Tom’s class.Wasn’t planning on a triple for sure, but the idea was lingering in the back of my mind. I brought an extra towel in case. (Sunday 8am - Tom)This class was fine. Love Tom.(Sunday 10am - Tom)Anna showed up so I moved to a hotter part of the room. My body had stiffened during the break and it was mildly unpleasant at times, particularly at the beginning. Lower back is definitely feeling different. I can tilt my hips forward now a little bit. It’s like a whole new world. 1st part awkward, eagle, standing bow (I think the locked up lower back was preventing the kick from accessing the back) and final stretching. (Sunday 3pm - Jeff)It was hot and humid and kind of hard but it was good. Imagine a typical Jeff class in a full room.
