I think my backbend is getting better.
I tried doing some wall walks after class but felt dizzy after 3. I heard weird sounds too. (Monday 4:30pm - Val)I was kind of tired before class and didn’t feel like I was properly hydrated.Dear Karen, Courtney, Christine, Laurent, and Erika -Thank you for sharing your energy. Somehow, even though I was tired, I had a great class and hardly sat out a pose. I think I may have sat out tree. I don’t remember.
It was cool. No one on our side of the room fell out of standing bow on one of the sets.
The energy of the group carried me through the class and when I had my weekly monday meeting with my iPhone app partner he said I sounded energized.I hope I can sleep tonite.
