Blessed Herbs Cleanse
On the pre-cleanse portion of the cleanse you are supposed to taper your diet and prepare you body for the 5 day “liquid” fast (more on that later).
You take this digestive stimulant which is supposed to help you crap 3-4 times a day.
Part of the pre-cleanse is trying to figure out how many capsules of the digestive stimulant you need to take.

Day 1: First day of the pre-cleanse (supposed to cut to 75% of daily intake)
I ate:
cold tofu with green onion and soy sauce and bonito flakes
miso soup
green smoothie (spinach, pineapple, banana)
green juice (cucumber, kale, apple)
cold soba (buckwheat) noodles
more miso soup
a chocolate zico coconut water
some almonds

not quite raw which would be ideal (raw juice would be the true ideal) but not to bad for a junk food junkie like myself.
took 2 digestive stimulant capsules.

Day 2: (50% of regular daily intake)
I had a banana in the morning before yoga.
Yoga was good.
I had:
cold tofu with green onion and soy sauce and bonito flakes.
green smoothie (spinach, pineapple, banana)
green juice (cucumber, kale, apple)
coconut water
I was surfing the web on my computer and found myself unconsciously eating almonds at 11am.

took 3 capsules as I only crapped twice today.
Day 3: (25% of daily intake)

I made a smoothie with blueberries, banana, kale, coconut water and apple.
I had a small salad from this korean fusion place called Cham which looked really good (too bad I couldn’t eat)
When I got hungry I drank coconut water.
I drank about 6 or 7 coconut waters.
(It’s kind of funny to me that I went from being too cheap to drink coconut water consistently to drinking 7 in a single day…)
I think 3 capsules is my number.

Got pretty hungry at the end there.
I hope I make it…
